The competition is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Apple or Dyson and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by them.
The competition starts on November 10, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
During this period randomly selected orders up to a total value of €10,000 are fully refunded ("reimbursement gains").
The Raffle of non-cash prizes (iPhones, Dyson Airwraps, AirPods Max) will take place on April 01, 2026.
The winners will be announced via a Instagram story on the official account @shinie.de announced.
Eligible to participate are all Buyers and buyerswho, during the participation period Valid, fully paid order via the official online store www.shinie.de have made.
A permanent residence in a particular country is not required. However,
participants must be of legal age (at least 18 years old).
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation via third parties, automated services or competition agencies is not permitted.
Every order successfully completed during the specified period automatically takes part in the competition.
Multiple orders increase the chance of winning accordingly.
Canceled or returned orders automatically lose their eligibility and are removed from the draw.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation or influence the competition in a manipulative manner.
During the entire participation period, randomly selected orders up to a total value of €10,000 will be fully refunded.
The affected buyers will be informed by e-mail and may of course keep the goods.
A cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.
The following prizes will also be raffled off among all eligible orders:

The winners of the refunds will be determined at random on an ongoing basis during the participation period.
The winners of the non-cash prizes will be on April 01, 2026 will be drawn from all valid orders.
The announcement is made via the Instagram story of the official account @shinie.deIn addition, a notification is sent by e-mail or Instagram direct message.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize expires and a replacement winner will be chosen.
The non-cash prizes will be sent worldwide. Shipping is free of charge, but is at the risk and responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and for paying any customs, import or handling fees in their country.
If the shipment fails due to incomplete information, local restrictions or lack of acceptance, the organizer is not liable for the reshipment or for any resulting costs or losses.
Personal data (e.g. name, email address, order number, Instagram account if applicable) is collected for the purposes of the competition and processed exclusively for the purpose of processing the prize.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Once the competition has ended, the data will be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, platform failures or other circumstances that prevent participation.
Participants are solely responsible for content transmitted via Instagram.
The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time for good cause, in particular in the event of attempted manipulation, technical problems or legal reasons.
Legal recourse with regard to the determination of winnings is excluded.
However, this provision does not affect the assertion of statutory claims (e.g. under warranty, guarantee, compensation or mandatory law).
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
