In areas where the device doesn't make full contact, it doesn't work (on the toes, parts of the knee, and on the face). The pulse is a bit intense, so I don’t dare use anything higher than level 1. At first, I tried level 3, hoping to get faster results. But that was very painful. I didn’t expect that. Right now, it’s still a bit of a struggle for me to use the Shinie. I thought I could just do it on the side, but unfortunately, that’s not the case at all.

So there’s still plenty of room for improvement when it comes to more stubborn areas. I only repeat the process once a week. I also gave the device to my daughter as a gift; she uses it on several parts of her body and she’s very satisfied too. It’s an investment that’s really worth it.
